EE WAS SITTING ON A 12" BLOCK WELDING ON PARTS IN FRONT OF HIM. HE WENT TO REPOSITION HIMSELF AND LOST HIS BALANCE FALLING ONTO HIS LEFT SIDE. THE LEFT SIDE OF HIS MID-SECTION STRUCK A ROCK AS HE LANDED.
EE INDICATED THAT HE WAS HAVING TROUBLE WITH NUMBNESS IN HIS LEFT HAND, THOUGHT IT COULD BE RELATED TO REPETITIVE MOTION FOR CRANE OPERATIONS. SURGERY CONDUCTED 3/3/00
UNDER #3 CONVEYOR CUTTING OLD TRESTLE OUT TO BE REPLACED, WELD BROKE AND STEEL PIECE FELL ON FINGER.
