This is accident that happened to customer - not Dolese employee. Customer was closing tailgate at plant and smashed his fingers. The tip of one finger was cut. No information on lost time, light duty, or stitches since he is not our employee. Time shift started and all personal information on injured customer is unknown.

Employee was lifting an exhaust fan and lost his grip. He felt a sharp pain in his left arm when he grabbed fan. He did not report to Dolese or seek medical attention until 11/06/06. He is working restricted duty for left arm strain.
