WHILE CHANGING A TRIP CABLE, THE MECHANIC STRUCK A B & O HAMMER, CHIPPING A PIECE OF METAL WHICH IMBEDDED INTO LEFT ARM. THIS LACERATION REQUIRED TWO (2) STITCHES TO CLOSE.
