While repairing pipline from the workboat, EE turned to get a tool and his knee gave out.
While changing a return idler, when letting one side down the other side fell out of the bucket causing the idler to fall smashing a finger between the idler and conveyor frame.
EE WAS CHANGING SCREENS & SLIPPED ON SCREEN, HIS LT. LEG HIT AND HE RECEIVED A PUNCTURE WOUND ABOUT 1/2"HOLE. AREA WAS WET.
EE WAS TAKING OFF HUB ON GEAR BOX USING A CHISEL AND HAMMER, CHISEL SLIPPED OUT OF HIS HAND AND HIT HIM ON BRIDGE OF NOSE.
