Employee was traveling up a grade when he ran out of fuel stalling the engine. Without maxi brakes that lock up when depletion of air the truck could not start, it started to coast backwards and struck a birm and rolled onto its side. Employee was wearing his seat belt.

EE WAS ATTEMPTING TO REMOVE THE DISCHARGE HOSE FROM A 4 INCH WATER PUMP WHILE THE HOSE WAS STILL UNDER PRESURE. ONCE THE CLAMPS WERE RELEASED, THE METAL END OF THE HOSE SPRUNG BACK AND HIT EE IN THE MOUTH.
