Employee was winding up a grease hose and the trigger caught on the grease rack and shot grease into his eye. No damage to his eye but doctor prescribed an eye drop for a safety precaution.

EE WAS DRIVING A GROUND ROD INTO THE GROUND WITH A DRIVING DEVICE WHEN THE DRIVER MISSED THE ROD BY BEING LIFTED TO HIGH & WHEN EE CAME SLAMMING DOWN WITH THE DRIVER, THE ROD CAME UP BESIDE TH E DRIVER & HIT HIS HAND IN THE THUMB AREA. TOOK 9 STITCHES IN IS THUMB.
