A ROCK HAD BECOME LODGED IN A CRUSHER CHUTE & EE WAS TRYING TO DISLODGE IT WITH A PRY BAR. THE ROCK CAME LOOSE BUT THIS CAUSED HIS RIGHT FOREARM TO STRIKE THE CHUTE.
