EE WAS CLEANING OUT AROUND TAIL SECTION OF F-1 CONVEYOR WITH WATER HOSE FROM WATER TRUCK. HE WENT TO MOVE; AS HE TURNED HE LOST BALANCE AND FELL, HURTING RIGHT FOOT.
