SUBJECTWAS WITHIN HEARING DISTANCE & DENIED THIS, CALLI NG HIM A LIAR. AT THIS POINT CONTRACT EMPLOYEE STRUCK VICTIM IN BACK OF THE HEAD WITH HIS FIST.HE CONTINUED TO HIT VICTIM, KNOCKING HIM TO THE GROUND. TWO CO-WORKERS PULLED HIM OFF.
