Plant manager was speaking with Guilford County Deputy about trespassers at the inactive Hicone Quarry when Deputy told him about a suicide that had occurred on 6/11/11. We received this information at 2:20 6/20/11 and called MSHA at 2:34. The case no. is 110611011 Guilford Co. Sheriff NC. Investigator of the Sanford NC field office investigated the incident.
