EE slipped and fell while climbing out of a tub of a sand screw. EE did not report any injury to supervisor until EE was in emergency room after EE had gone home after EE's shift.

Employee arrived at mine site and began the un-tarping process of on-road truck from the ground. The employee pulled bows back so the trailer could be ready to load. As employee pulled the bows back the rope broke and employee fell on backside. The employee complained of back pain and was taken to the hospital and diagnosed with a broken lower back.

At end of day, EE was exiting dozer, stepped off cab platform onto track, walked down to low end of track, stepped down on the c-frame, then stepped down to ground level. It was while stepping to ground level EE said EE had sharp pain in EE's left knee. Initial prognosis is torn meniscus, waiting on MRI to confirm.
