EMPLOYEE WAS HELPING DRIVE A CRUSHER BEARING HOUSING WITH A HAMMER AND WOODEN BOARD. WHEN THE BOARD WAS STRUCK WITH THE HAMMER, SOMETHING FLEW UP AND STRUCK HIS RIGHT EYE CAUSING A PUNCTURE.
