Plant is under construction to upgrade. While putting new belt on bucket elevator, employee assisted mill wright on pulling belt and got finger tips caught in the head pulley. This resulted in EE losing the tips of 2 fingers.

Truck driver was exiting truck in parking lot. Steps fell off truck. driver fell onto steps receiving minor scrapes and bruising. was released from hospital with no injuries. went back to see dr on 5/22 and it was determined they had cracked ribs.
