Injured employee had removed a screw for repair of equipment. Employee was reinstalling the screw when the screw drill was pressed and the screw had a rough metal edge and caught EE's index finger. Cutting it 3 inches in length requiring stitches. No loss of work and was able to return the following day.

EE was doing clean up under equipment with Bobcat skidsteer loader and got dust/dirt in his right eye. EE was wearing safety goggles.
