ON 2-1-00, A FALL OF GROUND DRIFT. THE FALL HAD CAUSED THE LEAD STEEL SET TO COME DOWN FROM THE SIDE PRESSURE OF THE RIB FALLING ON SET, WHICH IN TURN CAUSED IT TO COME DOWN. THE TOTAL TONNAGE OF THE RIB FALL/ROOF FALL IS APPROX. 50 TO 100 TONS. THE DRIFT IS PART OF THE PRIMARY EXHAUST OUT OF THE BOREHOLE. THE FALL WAS DISCOVERED BY MCO, ID F3M. THE LAST VISUAL INSPECTION WAS DONE
