operator was cutting hole in oil line to drain pipe when fire started. Burned face and forearms
Employee was in the work boat and working on the back of the dredge. The employee tried stepping on to the back of the dredge hitting EE's head on the exhaust pipe attached to the dredge motor. This results in the employee falling back into the boat striking EE's rear end on two guide bolts.
