Employee was walking behind haul truck when truck backed over him.

While changing a broken fanbelt on the Toro loader, Company #23, the top hose was loosened to relieve the cooling system pressure. When the hose was removed there was enough presure remaining in the system that the coolant sprayed out on employee, burning his arms and chest.
EE WAS DRIVING PLIT SETS WITH A JACKLEG. WHEN THE BOLT HAD BEEN DRIVEN, THE DRIVER STUCK IN THE END OF THE BOLT. EE HAD RELEASED THE LEG PRESSURE AND THE DRILL CAME DOWN AS THE LEG COLLAPSED A ND PINCHED HIS FINGER. 4 OR 5 STITCHES IN END OFFINGER.
EMPLOYEE WAS SCALING DOWN NEW DRILL SITE WITH APPROPRIATE LENGTH SCALING BAR. ROCK CAME DOWN ON END OF SCALING BAR CAUSING SCALING BAR TO GO DOWN & SCALING STRIKING EMPLOYEE ON UPPER RIGHT LEG.
SHE WAS PICKING UP CARE BAGS AND MOVING THEM. SHE GOT A SHARP, STABBING PAIN IN HER SHOULDER.

EE WAS PRING A CORE SPRING WITH A FLAT SCREW DRIVE. THE SCREWDRIVER SLIPPED AND PUNCTURED HIS RIGHT HAND BETWEEN THUMB AND FOREFINGER.
WHILE EXTRACTING THE INNER CORE TUBE FROM CORE REE FELT A POP OR STRAIN IN RIGHT SHOULDER.
