THE EE WAS PULLING 0N A PIPE WRENCH TO LOOSEN A 3" FITTING, WHEN THE PIPE WRENCH SLIPPED, CAUSING HIM TO STIRKE HIS FOREHEAD ON THE METAL FRAME OF THE DREDGE. THE MINER LACERATION NEEDED STITC HES.
