THE EMPLOYEE CLAIMS THAT THE GROUND AT THIS LOCATION WAS VERY ROUGH. THIS CAUSED THE FRONT END LOADER TO BOUNCE, WHICH RESULTED IN HIMSELF BOUNCING IN THE SEAT. THIS MAY HAVE STRAINED HIS LOWE R BACK.

THE EE HAD CHANGED THE SPROCKET SEGMENTS ON A CAT DOZER & WAS TIGHTENING SOME BOLTS WITH A LARGE RATCHET WRENCH WHEN THE RATCHET WRENCH SLIPPED & STRUCK HIS TIGHT LITTLE FINGER AGAINST THE DOZ ER TRACK. THIS CAUSED A BONE FRACTURE IN HIS RIGHT LITTLE FINGER.
