THE EE WAS MOVING A FRESH WATER PUMP, ONE SIDE OF THE WALKWAY FOR THE PUMP COLLAPSED DUE TO A BOLT BREAKING, CAUSING THE EE TO FALL CATCHING BOTH KNEES BETWEEN THE RAIL AND WALKWAY. THIS CAUSED HIM TO HYPEREXTENT BOTH KNEES.

THE EMPLOYEE WA SPULLING ON A WRENCH TO LOOSEN BOLTS FOR A 12" DIAMETER SAND LINE PIPE, WHEN HE FELT A STRAINING SENSATION IN HIS LOWER INTESTINAL TRACT OF HIS LOWE ABDOMEN. DURING A LATER OW EL MOVEMENT, THERE WAS A MASIVE BLOODY DISCHARGE. THE EMPLOYEE WA TREATED AT THE SIDNEY, NE HOSPITAL WE HAVE NO MEDICAL INTO AS OF YET, LOST TIME?
