EMPLOYEE WAS REPAIRING WENCH ON DREDGE WHILE STANDING ON A WET HOSE. HE SLIPPED AND TRIED TO CATCH HIMSELF WITH HIS RIGHT ARM. THE EMPLOYEE RUPTURED HIS RIGHT BICEP MUSCLE REQUIRING SURGERY.
