THE EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING A FRONT END LOADER, WHEN HE HIT A BUMP & THE SEAT BOTTOMED OUT JARRING HIS BACK, HIS LEFT ARM ALSO HIT THE SEAT ARM REST WHEN REACHING FOR THE CB RADIO.
