The injury has been diagnosed as an incisional hernia. The Hernia had been originally repaired in March of 2020. The repair to the hernia began to pull apart. The employee could not pin point the time or the cause of the start of the pain. The employee was doing EE's Normal work routine.

THE EMPLOYEE WAS CHANGING SHAKER SCREENS. WHILE DOING SO THE SCREEN SLIPPED, PINCHING & CRUSHING HIS RIGHT MIDDLE FINGER BETWEEN THE SCREEN & SCREEN FRAME. FRACTURE & TORN TENDON OF THE RIGHT MIDDLE FINGER.
