EE WAS CLIMBING A LADDER TO INSPECT A PIECE OF EQUIPMENT AND LOST HIS GRIP AND FELL BACKWARDS ONTO THE GROUND. IN AN ATTEMPT TO BREAK HIS FALL, BROKE HIS WRIST AND INCURRED AN INCISION.
