EMPLOYEE WAS WALKING DOWN A GRAVEL PILE AND STARTED TO SLIDE. WHEN HE CAME TO A HALT ON STABLE GROUND, HIS KNEE ON THE RIGHT SIDE GAVE OUT AND HE FELL TO THE GROUND. POSSIBLE RIGHT-KNEE INJURY .
