APAC-Kansas, Inc. · Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

Miner suffered broken bone in left hand while prepping conveyor for transport. Hand was caught between portable 5th wheel plate arm and conveyor frame as miner was moving the plate into transport mode. Surgery was conducted the same day, hand placed in cast and miner was released to light duty following surgery.
