Lift rock approx. 75 lb to place into tumbler.
Swung hammer, hit wedge, piece of wedge struck off, cut EE's right knee.
Employee was walking away from another employee breaking rock with a hammer, wedge and feather. A sliver of the wedge busted off and hit employee in the back.
Hit wedge and feather with hammer. Piece of wedge broke off and punctured right calf
FROST ON TRACT, SLIPPED & HIT HIS KNEE.
