Employee suffered a small cut to the elbow after hitting it against the tracks of a bulldozer which was sitting on a lowboy trailer.

Employee was removing brush guard from the rear window of D6 bulldozer. The guard came free from bulldozer causing the employee to become over balance and fall to the shop floor resulting in personal injury.

Employee state he was loosening air line fittings from pipe fittings with two wrenches. Upon squeezing he wrenches to loosen the fittings he heard a tearing sound and burn in his left shoulder. Strength was weakened in left arm, thought it would be better. By Friday evening, bruise had formed on left bicep and pain persisted. DID NOT REPORT INCIDENT UNTIL 9/2/13 late evening.

EE was grinding off slag from a handrail when the draw string of his jacket caught in the grinder, causing the grinder to hit his chin and cause a laceration.

Driller was drilling undeveloped area to identify location of coal seams. Moving to another boring location when rig popped out of gear and began rolling down an incline. Could not get into gear and brakes could not stop momentum. Driller ran rig into a tree, injuring wrist and knees.
