Went to take wrench of the steel, co-worker hit the lever to tighten the steel not knowing hand or finger was still in there and finger got stuck between the wrench and the rock. Worker developed soreness and started getting worse and worse on the drive home. Was taking the wrench off the steel for the DTH Drill. 2 Fingers got smashed, fractured.

Employee was monitoring the water bag and the movement of the loafs when the water bag burst and water hit EE's face. Causing minor eye abrasions.
Employee was operating a rock splitter when the splitter got stuck in the rock. The employee then attempted to put a pipe wrench between the splitter and the rock, Getting middle and ring fingers smashed between the wrench and the rock.
