EE's were cleaning the jaw crusher out. Material became lodged in grizzly. They were pitching rocks out when co-worker threw one striking EE above his left eye causing a laceration requiring stitches.
Employee may have struck left elbow while shoveling or changing screens causing swelling.

EE was cutting a feed belt with a utility knife, when it slipped and he cut his left hand between the thumb and index finger. Was seen at health unit, treated with 2 stitches and released to full duty.
