Bruening Rock Products Inc · Caught in, under or between running or meshing objects

The belt on the plant was shut off and employee went to shovel some material off the belt to help with start up. The foreman was in the control tower and did not see employee clearing the belt off. When the foreman started the belt back up employee grabbed the v-belt and a finger got in between the v-belt and pulley.

Unfolding a radial stacking conveyor belt got pinched and snapped causing damage to 1 of the troffing rollers causing roller to fall and strike the EE in the left forearm, breaking on of the bones in his forearm .
