AT SEASONS END, EMPLOYEE STARTED EXPERIENCING BACK PAIN FROM POSSIBLY SLIPPING ON GROUND AND SHOVELING UNDER CONVEYOR BELTS. SINCE BACK WASN'T GETTING BETTER DURING SEASONAL LAYOFF, HE HAS DEC IDED TO SEEK TREATMENT BY MEDICAL DOCTORS.
