Employee was working at Diamond Pink Quarry hooking up blocks, pulling on chains to put around block, pulled muscle/strain in lower neck area/upper shoulder blades. Employee thought pain would subside but it didn't so on 12-8-04 he chose to see a chiropractor.

EMPL;OYEE WAS WORKING IN QUARRY WITH A DERRICK TO MOVE A GRANITE BLOCK. THE BLOCK SWUNG AND PINCHED HIM BETWEEN THE BLOCK AND GUARDRAIL. LOWER BACK CRUSH INJURY.
