ANOTHER EE WAS DRIVING A KAWASAKI K2110-II LOADER AND WAS BACKING UP WHEN INJ EE DROVE HIS S10 PICKUP BEHIND THE LOADER. THE IMPACT CAUSE IMMEDIATE DEATH TO THE EMPLOYEE. DRIVER OF THE L OADER WAS NOT INJURED.

While operating our 245 cat excavator, the swing lock engaged causing an immediate swing of the machine, causing the operator to be severly jostled. He was wearing a seat-belt, which prevented him from being thrown from the machine.
