Mid Michigan Materials Bechtel · Struck by... (Not Elsewhere Classified)

As operator approached material bank approximately 8' of the material collapsed with no warning. Material pushed the Loader backwards and broke the front windshield allowing material to spill into the cab. Operator was able to immediately exit the machine in under 5 minutes using the alternate door on the right.

EQUIPMENT SHED CAUGHT FIRE AND BURNED DOWN. STATE FIRE MARSHALL SAID CAUSE WAS UNDETERMINED.
