EE was sitting inside 980H yard loader. EE felt a pain in EE's lower left back when EE twisted to the left to clean the cup holder.

Employee was attempting to remove lodged debris from a feed bin with a steel bar. Employee was able to free some material and stepped away from the bin to allow additional material to exit the bin. Employee was resting hand on a piece when a stone tumbled from the bin and struck the employee on the left hand, resulting in a laceration to his finger.

EE was repairing the pneumatic grease gun, he removed the air line thinking that he had disconnected the energy. He then removed the side covers and began to clean out the grease fron under the piston. While doing this the grease gun fired causing the piston to crush his left index finger behind the first knuckle. The finger tip could not be repaired and was removed.
