February 4, 2021 LA · Metal/Non-Metal haul/off road/coal/ore/pit/quarry/rock/rubber tire truck driver, transportation truck driver HANDLING OF MATERIALS
Arcosa Aggregates Gulf Coast, LLC · Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

A SLC truck came onto the scales overweight so driver proceeded to dump off at the dump off area. Customer returned to the scales underweight and the driver said to the scale clerk to print the ticket. Driver exited the truck to retrieve the ticket and told the clerk had just cut thumb off. I've reached out to SLC for more information or details on this accident without success.
