Employee was preparing to use a cutting torch to do some repairs. As he lit the torch, the fire blew back through the barrell. He sustained burns to his lower right arm.

Employee was working with team to replace a 40' joint of 12" pipe with an 80' joint in the dredge discharge line. One end was connected and while attempting to align the opposite end, flange of pipe to flange of rubber sleeve, the pipe slipped off the sleeve and hit employee in the chest, throwing him approximately 8-9 feet backward

Employee was beating the liner in a pipe when a piece of liner broke off and hit his eye or eyelid. He was wearing a face shield. He was taken to the doctor and was told that he had scratched his cornea. After the left eye was flushed and antibiotic ointment was applied, he said his eye was feeling much better.

Contract laborer was assisting to change electric motor on shaker. When first bolt was loosened, the motor rocked back on the mount and smashed his left index finger, causing fracture and laceration requiring stitches.
