2012 · 1 incident

April 2, 2012 LA · Metal/Non-Metal haul/off road/coal/ore/pit/quarry/rock/rubber tire truck driver, transportation truck driver OTHER
Dolese Bros Co · Absorption of radiations, caustics, toxic and noxious substances

Time shift started is a guess. Injured employee is an employee of an approved hauler; not a Dolese employee. He used the portable toilet at the plant and suffered a spider or bug bite to his testicle. That night he had to go to hospital for anti-venom treatment.

2011 · 1 incident

June 1, 2011 LA · Metal/Non-Metal FIRE
Dolese Bros Co · Accident type, without injuries

K&S Timbert Company employee turned over a logging cutter at the sand plant which caught on fire. Fire was extinguished. Report was made to MSHA within minutes of notification. The fire was not close to dredge or buildings. Investigator discussed with Dolese on phone but was not concerned about MSHA being involved.
