Employee was using an angle grinder with wire wheel attachment. A wire imbedded in EE's right thigh. Doctor incision required sutures. Employee returned to work.

EE WAS STANDING ON THE DECK OF THE BLUE WORK BOAT, SPOOLING OUT CABLE FROM THE BANK. HE WAS CLOSER TO THE EDGE OF THE BOAT THAT HE REALIZED. AS HE TURNED, WHILE HOLDING THE CABLE, HE SLIPPED OFF THE EDGE OF THE BOAT. AS HE WAS FALLING INTO THE WATER, HE GRABBED THE HAND RAIL WITH HIS RIGHT ARM.
