After eating dinner under a shade tree, ee's were headed back to washing plant to work. EE's gave the truck a lot of gas and injured slid out the back of the truck landing on his head.

Ywo miners were cutting loose a chute from the log washer when it came off it struck one miner on his hand breaking his little finger, the other miner was struck across his shoulder, but was not injured.

HE WAS MOVING SOME H BEAMS WITH LOADER OPERATOR, HE WAS HOOKING UP CHAIN AND PUT HIS ARM BETWEEN 2 BEAMS. THE BEAMS SHIFTED FALLING ON ARM CAUSING A DEEP BRUSIE TO FOREARM.
