EE WAS BACKING DOWN A RAMP ON A WORKSAVER. THE WORKSAVER BECAME UNSTABLE & HE STRUCK A PARKED FORK TRUCK. HIS RIGHT LEG WAS OUTSIDE THE WORKSAVER & WAS PINCHED BETWEEN IT & THE PARKED FORK TRU CK. DUE TO THE UNSTABLENESS OF THE WORKSAVER, HE LOST HIS BALANCE, CAUSING HIS RIGHT LEG TO BE OUT OF THE WORKSAVER DURING THE COLLISION.
