EE was digging in a shot, hit a rock causing loader to jerk unexpectedly & twisted EE's lower back.

While working on a track on H9 HWM the fork loader set fork down on top of the track. There was a slate bar laying on the track, when the fork hit the slate bar. It came up and struck employee in the mouth/bottom lip area.
