Operator was running a scoop to unload roof bolting supply and his light came outside of the deck and he reach over to pull it back in. The scoop ran into the rib and it sivel and catch his left hand and mashed his fingers between the deck, his light, and the back part of the scoop.
Roof fell about 50' long x 6'-7' high x 20' wide between blocks of coal (pillar).
