Employee was backing up dozer when he backed over the edge turning the dozer.
Employee went to get out of truck, the door opened to easy and the employee fell out. Employee caught his foot between the steering wheel and the seat hurting his groin area and back.
Employee was walking down slope pulling hose for the hydroseeder when he slipped. Employee caught himself with his right hand on a rock and cut his thumb area. He received four stitches.
