EE stated he was using a sledge hammer, when he felt a pain in his back. At first this was classified as an ongoing injury. After an investigation, this injury has been determined by worker comp. to be a new injury. EE has been off work due to heart surgery.

EE was on a grader doing a survey of the unit hours. He missed the handrail and fell to the ground. He suffered a bruise and swelling of the right shoulder, hip and knee.
