EE STOPPED HIS DOZER TO GET IT SERVICE. WHEN HE STEPPED OFF HIS RIGHT KNEE GAVE AWAY. THE NEXT DAY HE HAD TROUBLE WALKING AND WENT TO DR. APPARENTLY STRAINED.

EE WAS LEAVING THE JOB SITE AT END OF SHIFT, APPARENTLY WAS DRIVING AT AN EXCESSIVE SPEED. HE STARTED DOWN THE HILL NEAR THE END OF THE HAUL ROAD AND HIT A COAL TRUCK IN THE REAR END. HE HAD A BROKEN RIB & CONTUSIONS TO THE CHEST AND FACE.
