WHEN HE CUT THE TREE IT LANDED ON THE OTHER TREE THAT HE WAS TOLD TO MOVE AND THAT CAUSED ANOTHER TR EE THAT HE DIDN'T MOVE TO HIT HIM. THIS KNOCKEDHIM ABOUT 5 FT. HE WAS ALERT WHEN WITNESS GOT TO HIM AND HE WAS COMPLAINING WITH HIS LEGS AND KNEES.
