THE EMPLOYEE WAS CLEANING UP BELT LINES, ROCK, COAL, ETC WITH SCOOP. THE EMPLOYEE EMPTIED SCOOP BUCKET, THE SCOOP JOLTED AND CAUSED THE EMPLOYEETO HIT CANOPY OF SCOOP.
