THE EE WAS CHANGING HOSE ON DIESEL SCOOP, HE STEPPED OFF OF SCOOP AND FELL BACKWARDS INTO BELT WINDER CAUSING HIM TO BUMP LEFT FOREARM. THIS INJURY WAS REPORTED TO SAFETY DEPT ON 4/3/00.
