Employee was in the process of changing the hammer on the plant rock breaker. As the employee was lining up the bottom pin, the linkage block fell smashing left pinky and ring finger. This resulted in broken bones to both fingers.

Injured employee was looking at the area where he was going to clean so it could be drilled. He started to cross a berm when he lost his footing and fell. Injured employee bruised both arms and stitches in his ring finger.
